1. Who we are
The data controller is Pausas Animadas, Lda, NIF [...], with registered office at [...], Portugal ("we", "us"). We organise the New Life NYE 26/27 event together with our partners BLOOM, Desert Rain and Grupo P4.

2. What data we collect
When you join the priority list we ask for your name, email address and phone number (WhatsApp). We also record the date and time of your sign-up and the consent you gave.
If you join our WhatsApp community, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) processes your number under its own terms. Members of the community cannot message each other through it.
When you visit this website, cookies and similar technologies from Meta (Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics 4) may collect usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. See section 7.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Priority access to the pre-sale — sending you the Early Bird link, the drop date and the line-up for New Life NYE 26/27 by email and WhatsApp. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
- Future communications about our partners' events — news, pre-sales and promotions for events organised or promoted by Pausas Animadas, Lda, BLOOM, Desert Rain and Grupo P4. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time (section 6).
- Prize draws — if you buy an Early Bird ticket, contacting you in case you win a VIP upgrade. Legal basis: performance of the draw you entered (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Website measurement and advertising — understanding how the site is used and measuring our campaigns. Legal basis: your consent to cookies (section 7).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract:
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) — email and contact list management.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — community messaging and, if you consented to cookies, advertising measurement.
- Google Ireland Ltd — website analytics, if you consented to cookies.
- Our ticketing platform — only if you buy a ticket, and under its own privacy policy.
- Our partners BLOOM, Desert Rain and Grupo P4 — for the communications described in section 3, under the same consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your list data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active lists within 30 days, keeping only what we are legally required to retain (for example, proof of consent and its withdrawal).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
- access the data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- ask us to delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting the processing done before.
To unsubscribe from emails, use the link at the bottom of any email. To leave the WhatsApp community, exit the group in WhatsApp. For anything else, email [...]. We answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.
7. Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary cookies to work, and, only with your consent, cookies from Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and campaigns. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Refusing these cookies does not affect your access to the pre-sale.
8. Age
The priority list and the event are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
